# Error 334 Issue

 * Hello,
 * I’ve setup Postman SMTP correctly and have used it successfully for a while. 
   Recently, I installed easy digital download’s product update plugin that sends
   emails to all my customers alerting them that a new update is available for download.
 * So, the emails start sending. It goes through what seems to be a completely random
   amount, in the last case 89 and then stalls. I look at the Postman log and it
   is saying a 334 error. I know for a fact that I am logged into the account that
   I need to be logged into.
 * To resolve the issue, I end up having to create whole know 02auth credentials
   and resume the send. I’d prefer not to have to do this every time – any idea 
   what would be causing this? I’m running this on a VPS so there are no restrictions
   on my end.
