 * hello, flappi282, please try replace the line 246 in your wp-settings.php file
   by the following line
 * `require (ABSPATH . WPINC . '/compat.php');`

 * Tried that. TRIED EVERYTHING!!!!!
    I’m just going to reinstall wordpress, loosing
   EVERYTHING

 * if you back up your content you will not loose it and can import it when you 
   are back up and running.
