 * I followed recommended installation video @ [http://www.optiniche.com/blog/view.php?v=wp-install-legacy](http://www.optiniche.com/blog/view.php?v=wp-install-legacy)
   
   even down to using filezilla I made correct changes to “wp-config.php” according
   to my hosts instruction for user name etc I keep getting the following error 
   message as if there is a file missing but I downloaded afresh and unzipped and
   uploaded but still got same error

 * `/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php`
    that file is missing or 0 byte check the contents
   if you can see it in your ftp and then try chmod 777 temporarily on the /wp-includes
   folder if you are positive it is there with contents chmod back to 755 when done

 * Thanks I discovered that the files I initially downloaded were openable with 
   RAR and their size was a few kilbites short of what they should be..I tried yet
   again and managed to download a comlete file openable with Winzip after that 
   everything went well.
