 * It looks to me as if essential files of the WordPress core are missing. To solve
   this I would recommend you to do a manual update so that the files should all
   be back in your hosting: [https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/updating-wordpress/#manual-update](https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/updating-wordpress/#manual-update)
 * Of course, this doesn’t explain the cause. I would recommend doing a malware 
   scan afterwards to rule out that your website has been hacked. You can do this
   with a security plugin, for example, see: [https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/tags/security/](https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/tags/security/)
