    I wanted to backup the site before upgrading to the latest WordPress version. However, I get this error when backing up the site, “Error: (127) Unable to create inventory of files to backup. Please try again.”

    Here are the results.

    Creating backup information file…

    Backing up uploads…

    Sorry you are having trouble with your back up.Please submit a support ticket. I didn’t see one for this email address so wasn’t sure if I had any additional information yet for you.

    All requests may be submitted using the WP BackItUp Support Portal. If you are a customer with an active license then you may login to the portal using your email address and the password you were sent after your purchase. Once logged in you be able to create tickets, check ticket status, upload files and even send additional information.
