# Error -10520

 * In publicize, I have many connections (fb, g+ ecc). Now it says “update your 
   connections”.
    - When i try to remove a connection a popup appears saying
    - When I try to update a connection or add new it says error 10520
 * I’ve already:
    Removed and reinstalled jetpack Removed the connection and resetted
   the connection with wordpress.com
 * The site is blog.informaticalab.com

 * Hi Federico! Can you please try following these steps to reset your Publicize
   connections?:
 * 1. Visit [https://wordpress.com/sharing](https://wordpress.com/sharing)
 * 2. If prompted, select your site from the list
 * 3. Click the “Disconnect” button next to the connection that isn’t working
 * 4. Click the “Connect” button to reconnect your account
 * 5. Repeat for all connected accounts as needed
 * Let me know how that works for you, and we can go from there!

 * Hi,
    Thanks for the fast reply and sorry for my slow reply. I’ve tried what you
   suggested but sadly the plugin still says to update my connections and, when 
   I click on update connection, I get redirected in wp-admin/options-general.php?
   page=sharing&action=error&publicize_error=-10520
 * What else can I try? Thanks again!

 * Can I have you reset your Publicize connection tokens and see if that fixes the
   problem?
 * NOTE: Please ensure you follow the step (if indicated) to delete the app association
   on each social network to fully disable the existing application token prior 
   to reconnecting from your Dashboard.
