Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection.

  • Unable to work this out.

Install as per instructions. I have checked Any page that is not secured via Force SSL or URL Filters will be redirected to HTTP.

I have a gravity form page I want to make HTTPS. I have selected secure post on this page. Suddenly the form cannot be seen on the website and i get error
Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection.

I am self hosting on QNAP with fixed IP address. I’m using virtual server to direct inbound port 80 site traffic to the wordpress folder of the webserver.

What should I be looking at as I just cant seem to work it out?

    ANy help appreciated.

  • Im still open to suggestions.

    THE PROBLEM:
Opening the HTTP:\\my webpage.com on a computer on the WAN contacts the webserver and changes the address to HTTPS:\\mywebpage.com but then says error 102 connection refused.

It looks like communication occurs but then drops.

How can I trouble shoot this? Anyone?
