 * It is not working the option of entering a new checkbox field and dropbox. Any
   idea what could be the problem?

 * There are no known issues with the plugin in this area. Make sure you do not 
   have JavaScript disabled, that you are running the most recent version of WordPress.
   Also if you are using an outdated version of PHP (less than 5.3) in conjunction
   with modern versions of MySQL and WP, you could run into some problems.
