Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean. Could you maybe explain the problem in a different way?

In particular, this doesn’t make sense to me:

however when esolho another topic everything goes normal precio

Also, are you sure this issue is related to Admin Menu Editor? Usually this plugin doesn’t have anything to do with themes.

I believe this problem is related to the plugin, I believe it is indeed a setting, come on, I bloqueiei the panel wordpress the menu settings / geal bloqueiei also the reading options settings / reading, so now when the client attempts to access the option to personalize, appearance / personlizar not charge to change background image and other settings of basic customizations wordpress.

So, as far as I can tell, you’re saying that you have somehow blocked some “Settings” menus, and that this prevents your client from using the site customizer (or just specific customization settings). Is that correct?

Does the client get an error message when they try to access those settings, or are the settings just missing? If there *is* an error message, you could enable logging to get more information about the problem. On the menu editor page, click the “Settings” button and turn on the option “Show menu access checks…”. This will make the plugin display a detailed log of all the settings that were used to determine if the current page should be accessible.

Also, have you tried temporarily deactivating Admin Menu Editor to confirm it’s involved?
