    Hi @portogando

    We did some research and we can see the following error in our logs:

    Response status code does not indicate success: 401 (Unauthorized).

    We get this error when Creative Mail tries to interact with your WordPress site. Usually we see this error when customers have installed an additional plugin that limits access to their REST API.

    Also, when we you to this URL: https://portogando.com/wp-json/
    You can see that you are getting a similar error. Hope this helps to further troubleshoot the issue.
