    Hi @sysquery,

    Would you please share with us a screenshot showing the error you got? Or maybe share with us the error log.

    In the other thread you mentioned, the error log was not showing anything related to the Starter Template plugin. We were not sure if it was related to the Starter Template plugin.

    For your case, please try to deactivate all of the plugins installed on your site except this plugin. If it works and you don’t get any issue, then you can try to re-activate the other plugins one by one until you notice the issue comes back up.
