Erreur lors du lancement du flipbook

    Bonjour à toute la communauté.

    Après avoir correctement paramétré le module, le système génère systématiquement cette erreur : UnknownErrorException: Bad end offset: 37388757

    Quelqu’un a une idée d’où viendrait ce problème ?

    “Bad end offset” error can be caused by

    Corrupt PDF file:

    • The file may be incomplete, truncated, or corrupted during upload/download.

    PDF created by buggy software:

    • Some PDF generators (especially older or lesser-known tools) write invalid stream lengths or incorrect xref information.
    • Some tools ignore the PDF spec and use workarounds only accepted by Acrobat, not by strict readers like PDF.js.

    Binary/Text mode confusion:

    • If a PDF is handled as a text file in some process (e.g., FTP transfer in ASCII mode), line endings or binary sections may be altered, corrupting the offsets.

    Manual Editing:

    • If the PDF was edited manually (e.g., using a hex editor or script), it’s easy to break object offsets or stream lengths.
