Bonjour, nous venons d’acheter une licence et avons procédé à une simple installation avec pour résultat le message suivant :
“L’extension n’a pas pu être activée, car elle a déclenché une erreur fatale.”
    Aucune autre information
    WordPress : 6.4.1
    PHP : 8.2
    Merci d’avance

Thank you for the info. Our plugins should work on PHP 7.4 to 8.3 and WP 5.9 to 6.5, so something else must’ve gone wrong.

Could you try enabling WP_DEBUG, and activate the plugin again? You should then see a detailed error, which can help us find the cause of this issue.

You may also send the error to us confidentially via https://tsf.fyi/contact. Thank you!

Hi Sybre, after updating to version 5.0.2 we enabled WP_DEBUG and tried reactivating the plugin again. This time activation went through without errors…

No idea what happened the first time, but apparently it is no longer an issue 🙂

    Hi Rolf,

Thanks for checking in. That may have to do with this fix:

Resolved a fatal error when TSF options disappear or have failed to be registered. Now, the plugin falls back to its default values.

I assume you accidentally logged in on the web1media account? If so, let me know, and I can mark this as “resolved” 🙂 Cheers!
