# Errcode: 13

 * Hi. I was writing an update to a post not yet published. The blog died. Did a
   repair on the mysql db, got an OK. Contact web host, no problem on his end.
 * Now when I try to load the blog I get this:
 * Database error: [Can’t create/write to file ‘/tmp/#sql_7629_0.MYI’ (Errcode: 
   13)]
    SELECT DISTINCT * FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND post_date > ‘2005-02-12 00:
   00:00’ AND post_date_gmt <= ‘2005-03-14 04:10:59’ AND (post_status = “publish”)
   GROUP BY wp_posts.ID ORDER BY post_date DESC

 * That is a hosting issue. I’ve seen this many times on the forums, and every time
   it was an issue on the host’s end of things.

 * Thanks guys. It turned out it WAS the host (though they denied it until I came
   back to them with this stuff). Turns how they had locked down a server because
   of a hack attack…and the tech help just didn’t put 2 and 2 together. Swore it
   was my problem. Once they unlocked the server, the db could write to the /tmp
   files again.
