• Hi there,
Can anyone explain what happens (and how I can avoid/correct) when a plugin, which has proved so successful in providing a solution, suddenly stops working, then, starts working again a few days later. It has now stopped working again! There seems to be no other plugin, that has been tested with this version, that does the same job.

Normally erratic plugins that loose functionality do so because something has changed, maybe you updated the plugin or it did so automatically? Then a few days later you updated it again, when developer pushed out a fix?

More complicated plugins might use cron jobs and other actions, that may take time to finish or may get corrupted. Browser issue you may have had a temporary issue with the browser that was making the plugin unresponsive.

You might have had another plugin installed or a theme that was interfering. Without a lot more detail it could have been pretty much anything.

If it happens again, try to note down what has changed recently and then drop a note on the plugins support forum
