ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS from switching http to https with SSL certificate

Hello to whom it concerns! Unfortunately I thought that by switching the http to https in my dashboard settings would help resolve my mixed content issue after successfully installing my SSL certificate. Impatience set in after 24 hours, so I jumped the gun and made this blind mistake. Now when I try to log into my site I receive this ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. A google search told me that this was because I didn’t have an SSL certificate installed. However, the provider that i’m using said that my certificate was approved, just with some mixed content. I’ve also cleared the cookies.

Is there a way I could possibly reset back to http from Bluehost? Or should I maybe delete the certificate and start over using different provider or settings? What are my options here?
