I’m evaluating your plug-in and experience the same problem as reported.
I’ve tried with default settings for permalinks (display’s the albums correctly, but doesn’t display the content of the album (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS)) and with permalinks enabled (option: message name), but than albums views is getting the error already

Update: I suspect it might be an impact from the plug ‘WP-Members’ that causes the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. When deactivating ‘WP-Members’ all users can see and use your plug in. With ‘WP-Members’ activated only logged on users can see the albums/photos. Users, that not are logged on, see the message ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Testing with the plug in ‘Ultimate Member’ instead of ‘WP-Members’ gives unfortunately the same result ‘ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS’…..
