# ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

 * After activating the JetPack plugin, I can no longer create new pages or posts,
   or edit existing ones. I now receive the following error message in Chrome (but
   also tested in FF and Edge):
 * This site can’t be reached
    The webpage at [https://bitcoininvestingbasics.com/wp-admin/post-new.php](https://bitcoininvestingbasics.com/wp-admin/post-new.php)
   might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.**
   ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR**
 * If I disable JetPack, everything goes back to normal functionality. I’ve looked
   through the settings and disabled mostly everything in JetPack, but the conflict
   still persists. I’ve disable ALL plugins and turned them back on one-by-one, 
   and the only one that creates this issue is JetPack.
 * My current workaround is to deactivate JetPack when I need to create a new page
   or post or edit any content, then turn it back on afterward, but each time I 
   have to go through the setup again, which is annoying.
 * Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
 * WP Version 5.8
    Active Theme: Divi, Version 4.9.11 Server architecture Linux 
   2.6.32-954.3.5.lve1.4.82.el6.x86_64 x86_64 Web server Apache PHP version 7.4.16(
   Supports 64bit values)

 * Thanks for your thorough troubleshooting on this. Usually, this error happens
   when something is blocking access to the `xmlrpc.php` file that Jetpack uses 
   to connect to your site.
 * At the moment, I am not seeing anything that is blocking your site. Could you
   kindly reinstall and reconnect Jetpack so that we can see if we have issues when
   your site is connected?
 * Additionally, it appears that you are using Cloudflare. Could you please try 
   temporarily disabling Cloudflare to see if that makes a difference?
 * Let us know and we can take another look.

 * I have reactivated and reconnect JetPack, and also paused CloudFlare. Issue still
   persists currently.

 * No, the issue still persists. The site works just fine, including the login page,
   until you click on “new” or “edit” both posts and/or pages.
 * There must be some WP settings that interfere with XML RPC, correct? I’ve tried
   re-enabling the Pingback and Trackback checkmarks, but that didn’t seem to help.
   Any other things I might try?

 * I tested the XML-RPC connection and that is working fine. The connection that
   Jetpack uses is different than the pingback settings.
 * Could you give this a try with a default theme such as Twenty Twenty to see if
   it is a theme-specific issue?

 * Oh, strange, it started working somehow. The only setting I toggled was “enable
   classic editor” in the Divi theme settings. I have no idea how these 2 things
   would conflict, but I’m glad it’s resolved now.

 * Same problem.
 * But mine only occurs when I have WooCommerce and Jetpack activated. If I have
   both WooCommerce and Jetpack running, I can neither edit nor create a new posts
   because I get the exact same:

 * If disable either, editing goes back to normal.
 * (And I am running storefront as per the instructions of the WooCommerce people.)
 * Naturally, the people over at WooCommerce are sure it is a Jetpack problem.
