ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT When I access my blog

Hi

When I try and access my blog I get an error connection times out message. I have cleared my cache, cookies restarted computer and browser nothing has worked. It’s just me because it’s working fine from my phone.

I have contacted my hosting company but they haven’t responded yet. Any help would be appreciated.
