# err on wp install

 * Just purchased my first domain YESTERDAY I then tried to install WordPress using
   their one-click installer.
    I have try for WordPress version 3.8.1, Then I click“
   Check Domain”. After a minute it error: “There was an error when attempting to
   upload a file to your account. FTP ERROR: Unknown error – Probable communication
   failure or missing path” waiting period before this installation will work? I’m
   really confused. have I missed a step between buying the domain and installing
   WordPress?

 * There’s obviously a problem with the Host’s script. Either do a manual install
   or ask your host to fix the problem. The current Version is 4.1 and they should
   not be deploying 3.8.1.
