erased user still receives e-mail notifications from mingle forum

    I have installed mingle forum.
    A user from my site has asked to be erased and I have erased this user.
    The user has contacted me and told me that he still receives e-mail notifications from the forum about a topic he subscribed to.
    How do you erase a user completely and make sure they do not receive e-mail notifications from the forum?

    A bit of a messy solution might be to go inside of your database and remove him from the subscription list.

    Or try and get help from Mingle Forum people of support.

    Ok, thx, I will try that. Tried the Mingle forum but it seems like they are on a long break.

    Ok, so I figured out, that I do not have a clue how to remove him from the database. Dont know how to find the e-mail.

    Solved this in an alternative way. Dont think this should be the way to do it.
    I used the erased users e-mail to setup another user and logged in with this user and went to the forums and posts and removed the subscriptions.

    So this has been solved, kinda
