    Right off the bat, the fact that I have to log into my account to reach anybody, but can’t because they erased my account for some reason, and have to in order to even contact anyone at all is completely insane.

    I put this as a payment gateway on my store a couple years ago. As recently as last year, I was able to log in and see my transactions. But some point between now and the last time I logged in, something happened and it’s like my account never existed. I sent password reset requests to every single one of my email addresses it COULD be, just in case I was forgetting, and none of the email addresses received a password reset. I made a new account, submitted a ticket, no reply. Then when I tried to log into the new account, IT DIDN’T WORK AGAIN. Reset password requests never got sent to the email, yet again. And no they aren’t in any of the spam folders either.

    These people have no other way of contacting them. This is pretty much my only hope at this point.
