I know other people have brought up this problem, but we can’t seem to work it out. Originally, new episodes of our podcast were not updating on the iTunes Store. The feed is validated, the episodes download through iTunes if you’re a subscriber, and everything seems to be working.
I contacted iTunes and they said they received ‘Error 403’ and recommended contacting our hosting company. Naturally, the hosting company said they couldn’t do anything and to go back to iTunes.
Now, when you search for our podcast in the iTunes store, this message comes up:
“Item Not Available: The item you’ve requested is not currently available in the Canadian Store.”
Any help would be appreciated.
