EOS Child Theme – Video background lost in mobile version?

    The EOS Child themes desktop background for my site is a video. Looks bloody good and doesn’t slow down the site tremendously. However when on the mobile version the background disappears and defaults to a black screen with a ‘play’ icon that doesn’t work. How could I change this to make the video responsive on the mobile version whatever size so i simply do not to lose the mobile traffic?
