 * Hello! I want to create a contest in which only people who enter the contest 
   can vote on the entries. Will this plugin allow me to do that? Thank you!

 * Hi, it is possible to allow voting only for registered and logged in users. Available
   in “Edit options” >>> “Voting options” >>> “Recognition methods”. It is a PRO
   version option. But it is not possible to split this option in user group roles….
   like only users with certain user group role can vote, is not possible.
