Entries not sent to Google sheet

    Hello,

    I cannot seem to get data sent from my WP Form to my Google sheet.

    I tried making a simple WP Form with 1 field with a label called “Phone”. I set up a brand new Google sheet and added a corresponding column header called “Phone”. I have verified that the Google Sheet name, ID and tab ID are all correct. I have also verified that my account is authenticated with the plug in properly. There are no error messages in the debug logs (the log file is blank). What am I missing?

    Extremely sorry for the delay in responding,
    Are you still having the same issue?
    If yes, then
    Try to Re-authenticate with google and make sure the sheets belong to the same authenticated email and try.

    If still having the same issue, then it requires to check the plugin conflict issues or other errors details

    Navigate to Integration Tab, and look at the debug view link, below Authentication,

    Make sure, if it’s showing empty then you must have to enable the debug log from wp-config.php

    If still showing empty then check the debug.log file under the wp-content directory

    Hope it helps so that error can be identified in the log file after file submission to guide you further
