My tooltip is completely up to date. I see that there are a bunch of features that are now only for pro. Could this be why it isn’t showing up?

I had to take the entire page offline.

We didn’t take any feature out we just added more support. All previous features are still there.

Please check the id of the glossary in the settings. If this is zero please update this to the glossary page id. Please let us know if this is the case

    Hi There,

There is no issue with the page id. It is not zero. It is completely up to date and it is still not showing up.

No matter what browser I use, the glossary has completely disppeared. I made no changes to it before it disappeared either. Just one day I clicked on it and it was gone.

Just updated again, now when I try to click on the glossary, it redirects to my homepage.

    Hello @todotblogger,

We’re very sorry about your problems. We’ll try to help you out, but we need the following informations:

    – WordPress version
    – Plugin version

Also please check the “Server Information” tab to see if everything’s OK.
Afterwards you may try to change the permalink on the General Settings tab – sometimes it helps to solve the conflicts with theme/other plugins.
