Enter virtual tour embeded code not working

I am trying to embed a youtube video for a virtual tour of one of my properties, but every time I click “update” and then go to preview the page, the video does not show up and when I go back to the Edit Property page, the embed code is gone.

I’ve used the same type of embed code on other properties that I’ve created, and they work just fine. I have tried uploading the video again to YouTube and using a new embed code, but same problem. I have also tried creating a completely new property listing and using the embed code, but have the same issue.

Any suggestions?

That’s the issue…it won’t show up when I try to add it on the back end using the Essential Real Estate Properties Editor in my WP Dashboard.

Here is a different listing that shows what it should look like.

So, the issue now seems to be that when I click on “update” on the Properties Editor screen after adding the embed code, it reverts the page back to a previous draft.

If I click on “preview page”, I can see the video. But as soon as I click “update” it deletes it.

Hello i am having the same problem, every time i add the iframe code and publish the property, the embedded code is gone and the virtual tour is not showing. I think this happened after the latest update because i didn’t have any issue before. Any recommendations ?

I think i found the issue, when we add the embed code and the code starts with “<” the plugin is filtering out any code that starts with “<” thats y we are not able to add the virtual tour, i tried to add the the code in this format:

<iframe width=”100%” height=”727″ src=”https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=wWcGxjuUuSb&utm_source=hit-content-embed” frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”” allowvr=””></iframe>

where the < represents the “<”

the page didn’t filter it out but still i was not able to view the virtual tour

this could be input validation issue.
