Please try switching to “Search By Address” and putting the latitude/longitude import elements in that field like so:
{property_latitude[1]},{property_longitude[1]}
Also, make sure to put in a valid Google API Key: https://gist.github.com/trey8611/45caeb25771b62270d12f1c3fbb0f3f6.

We’ve found a potential issue with the latest version of WP Residence and importing locations. We’re working on a fix and we’ll update this thread once it’s ready.
I also faced the same issue but solved with entering codes in the Custom Field.
We released an update (v1.3.0) that fixes this issue.
I have version 1.3.0 and the same thing keeps happening, the coordinates are not imported
