Ensure that only post header and one gallery appear on homepage

Hi –
My site is http://www.thetoddgallery.co.uk.
I am trying to structure my page so that only the title of the post and one of the galleries appear on the homepage. I then want to be able to click on the post to take the user through to the full post page.

Is there a way to do this?
