@miminou
Can you please share what learning management software you are using that is tied to Paid Memberships Pro?
Some LMS solutions have a PMPro add-on/solution already, and I hope to point you to an integration once I found out what your LMS software is. If there isn’t an integration currently, I’m afraid it’ll take custom development to code such an integration.
Thank you,
Ronald Huereca
Hello @ronalfy
I’m using LearnPress, and it have an add-on, but when I asked them, they told me the problem is in PMPro.
Thank you
@miminou
I have done a test checkout with the PMPro Pay by Check Add On and I did not have access to the course while my payment was pending.
You can find more details here about the Add On and our open source philosophy: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/free/

Hello @ronalfy
Thanks a lot
Did you make the test on my website?
Best regards
@miminou
I did not, I just set up a test locally.
1. When a user checks out, make sure the order is pending. You can check this by going to Memberships->Orders and clicking on the Order code. You’ll see the Payment type as Check, the Gateway as Pay by Check, and the Status as pending. When you receive the check, you’ll want to mark the Status as Success.
2. When in the Memberships->Settings and editing a level, make sure to add the course under Course Settings. This will restrict the course by a membership level.
3. I recommend a test checkout from your perspective to make sure Steps 1 and 2 are correct.
Thanks,
Ronald Huereca
@ronalfy
Yes, I did all this steps, but when the user finishe his checkout, he can enroll the course directly, and the order is still prending in the Memberships > Orders.
Please, would you like to make a test in my website?
Best regards
@miminou
Looks like we’re missing something. Can you please check out this temporary site and see if it helps us determine what’s missing?

Thanks for your effort, but everything is well like the image.
Where can I send to you the admin access please?
Hi @miminou
Please note that sending login details is against WordPress.org forum guidelines. If you need help with this, I recommend reaching out to a local WordPress developer to help implement these changes for you.
I have added this to our internal development schedule to investigate further, I do not have an ETA when this will be resolved.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
I face the same issue in the same circumstances.Using Learnpress too. Is there any solution?
