Enquiry Form Field Label missing

    Except for Name and email, other labels are missing. I checked it in debug tool or using the inspect element. The labels are not rendered

    Hello @ashishmohta ,

    Sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue.

    You can add the missing form field labels by navigating to your Admin Dashboard → CatalogX → Settings → Enquiry Form Builder. From there, please add the appropriate field names there, and they will automatically appear as labels on the frontend.

    Kindly ensure that all field names are added correctly in the admin dashboard and then check the form again — this should resolve the issue.

    Thanks. I though the labels will automatically appear from the text on the left Its sorted now
