 * Hi,
    I am looking for something like this to display exam results. Basically,
   we are organizing events offline, the participants will get their physical certificates.
   For the online part, the participant enters his/her certificate number, and outcomes
   the result in a tabular/certificate form. Example page: [http://aws.amazon.com/verification](http://aws.amazon.com/verification)
   The user does not need to log in, anyone with the certificate number can retrieve
   the results, only needs to complete the query on the web page.
