 * I’m teaching myself to use wp_register and wp_enqueue, and I’m confused about
one thing: can I put all of my js and css in my child theme, or does it have
to be in both the parent and child theme? I’m trying to build an html form on
a page and I’d rather do it inside the child theme. Does it have to be in the
   parent theme, too?
