Enhancement – Option '0' for "Good IP Cache size" (always perform checks)

Hello kpgraham,

Currently the “Goof IP Cache size” can take a value between 1 and 4.

The problem is that sometimes spammers managed to pass some tests, and are then put in the good IP cache. And then, unfortunately, they can’t spam as much as they want as -unless I’m wrong- no further check is made.

What do you think of allowing the option “0” for the “Good IP Cache size” ? In that case, even if spammers managed to pass some tests at a specific time (registration) or with a specific configuration, they can be then blocked by other checks (bad words, etc.)
