Enhanced viewer problem

    Hi..I want to embed pdf’s on my site but not let visitors download the files..this plugin offer the option to hide the ‘download link’ and ‘Full screen/new window’ button, but when I do this, I get this: “Sorry, we are unable to retrieve the document for viewing or you don’t have permission to view the document.
    You can also try to download the original document by clicking here.”

    I really need this feature, and also if it is possible, I need to embed files bigger than 12MB?

    Hi Muhamed,

    I may be able to help you with the first issue as that isn’t the way the plugin typically works – you may have an issue with your shortcode or specific document. Please use the support tab in GDE Settings to send me the details of the problem and I’ll do my best to help.

    The size restriction though is a fact of internet life and a consequence of how Google’s viewer works – I may be able to help you improve this somewhat but not reliably and not by much. It is not within my control.
