Engintron + WP Rocket + Nginx Helper plugin

    Hello,

    If I use Engintron as a reversed proxy with my Apache webserver which has Cent OS 6 + cPanel + WHM, do I need the Nginx Helper plugin?

    Or do I only need the Nginx Helper plugin if I run a NGINX (not Apache) server?

    My goal is to use Engintron with WordPress and WP Rocket and I want to clear the Nginx cache if I clear the WP Rocket cache.

    In the documentation of WP Rocket it says I might need this plugin, but I am not sure.
