Engaging My Visitors and Increasing CTR

Hi, everyone. I have a couple of questions regarding my site, The PooPurse. I’m getting good organic traffic from search engines, but what I’d like to do is decrease my bounce rate. Right now it’s at about 60% and it’d be great to get it below 50%.

Do you have any suggestions as to what I could add to the site to increase visitor interaction? Given what’s on the site now, would a forum help, maybe some polls? Or possibly a page where visitors could suggest their own designs, or maybe even a contest?

Any ideas/thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
