 * On the dashboard for WordPress under support, what are the endpoints slugs? Need
   to know these for General support page which would be my ticket page.

 * Do you mean how the url ends in the ticket details page in the back end? if so,
   the url would be like the one below:
 * – [https://mysite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ticket](https://mysite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ticket)
 * The ending of the url will be /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ticket
 * If you need the ticket list page in the fron end, this is how it would look like:
 * – [https://mysite.com/my-tickets/](https://mysite.com/my-tickets/)
