And, Moved to this Separate plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/rest-api-meta-endpoints/

Evidently the Posts, Comments, Users and Terms endpoints are still there; but the meta endpoints have been moved: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/what-are-the-differences-between-this-plugin-and-wordpress-core-now?replies=5
