# endless scrolling

 * I am using WordPress Twenty Fourteen theme and want to limit the posts to 3-4
   per page, but the theme defaults to infinite scrolling. Is there a way to change
   the default?

 * You can limit the number of posts in Settings >> Reading by inserting the number

 * Thanks Bojan but I have tried that. The Twenty Fourteen theme defaults to infinate
   scrolling and won’t change with that setting

 * Hi,
 * That’s weird. Using either your latest posts or static page in Settings / Reading
   when the number of posts is set to something the result is the same for me [http://screencast.com/t/1vlgd8N2hm](http://screencast.com/t/1vlgd8N2hm).
 * Can you try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing this issue.

 * OK Bojan, figured it out. It wouldn’t let me change the settings if I use the
   footer sidebar. I eliminated the footer sidebar. It still won’t do summaries 
   but better than before. Thanks for your help.
