# Endless Loading when previewing pages

 * Over the past 2 days, I am unable to preview any of the pages I’ve been working
   on. When I do, the page continuously loads but never shows the page content. 
   I have tried viewing in incognito and it makes no difference.
 * We are using the Kinatrix theme…there may be an issue with one of the plugins,
   perhaps the Page Builder?
 * I have seen online that I may need to disable and re-enable but where to do so
   in the code does not exist. I connected the site to codeanywhere.com via FTP.
 * Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 * If I check the website it just stops loading and displays the website.
    Content
   shows: _For any enquiries please email me at: {your e-mail}._
 * And to disable the plug-ins via FTP you just need to go to the folder wp-content/
   plugins
    Now after each folder add the text _OLD
 * As long as the text _OLD is added, the plug-in won’t work.
    Now enable each plug-
   in one-by-one by removing the _OLD. Every restored folder retest your website
   and see if error is gone.

 * Thank you so much for this. However, I’ve done exactly as you said above but 
   the constant page loading is still happening.
 * Any other suggestions?

 * What browser are you using? Because I opened your website correctly on Edge, 
   Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
 * You keep seeing the loading icon I suppose?
    And did you clear cache on your 
   device? i.e. install CCleaner and clean device. Test again.

 * I’m using Chrome and Safari.
 * The holding page is working fine. The issue is that as I am working on the new
   site in the back-end, I am unable to ‘Preview Changes’ as the page never stops
   loading.

 * Ah okay, that makes things clearer.
    Possibility is whitespace on certain files
   like functions.php There might be whitespace before and after `<?php ?>`
 * This is just fishing in the deep, but again. Activating debugging on the wp-config.
   php file is a good idea.
    Reload the page and show us the errors it is displaying.
