Update: This only affects logged in users

    Hi @simstr ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing an endless load on the checkout page for logged in users, is this correct?

From what I’ve gathered, you have already followed the steps outlined in the below support guide, and the issue persists, correct?

If so, please can you clarify which payment methods/gateway you currently have enabled, and if this occurs with all gateways or only a specific one(s)?

Additionally, in order for us to get a better understanding of your sites current environment, can you please share the following, :

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    Cheers!
