Could you please check whether your Provider on the Settings page has assigned services in the Assigned Services tab because this is the most common reason for this kind of issues. The connection between provider and services must exist in order for the plugin to function properly and shows [ameliabooking] shortcode.
We will certainly implement a better solution for the next update so this problem wouldn’t happen again.
Thank you, it actually worked.
One more question: how would I go about letting customers choose employee they want to book appointment with? Right now customers can only pick service and date, and the employee is automatically the provider.
We are glad to hear that everything is working now. We have released an update where this problem is resolved and will not happen again.
As for the option of choosing employees, this feature is not supported in the Lite plugin version, it is a part of our full plugin version.
I have the same problem. My provider is linked to service but it doesn’t work.
It works only if I’m connected to my WP admin…
