We’re running WordPress 5.1.1 Apache 2.4.39 PHP 7.1.27 MySQL 10.1.38-MariaDB-cll-lve * We installed the plugin, then created a new league and a season within it. We then created the teams. At this point we clicked the button “add game” and it started to load… After 8-10 minutes we got blank page. Refreshed: thousands matches have been generated. It helps. * This is a new one on me. I’m sure if it were a common occurrence, I would have heard about it long ago. I will try to duplicate it on my test systems and have a quick look at the code. * Try entering a game or two using the Manage Games screen. If that is successful, we will know the error is with Add Games, not a larger DB issue of some sort. * What other plugins are installed? In particular, is are the League Manager Addons installed? A common debug step is to deactivate ALL other plugins and try again. If the error goes away, you can re-activate them one by one to find where the collision is happening. * Do you have DEBUG turned on in WordPress. If so, could you have a look at the debug.log file and see what’s there. I do not have a multi-site installation. I’ll have to do a little research on any WP “gotcha’s” with multi-site that could relate to this problem, but my first guess would be it’s something in the configuration, not the code because I only use pretty “vanilla” or “standard” WP and PHP calls. * You have not answered any of the questions that I asked you. There are three things I asked you to try. Even in the debug.log file we don’t see any error. Can you try to replicate in a multi-site instance of WP? We need the plugin to work in a network installation. It’s good there are no errors, but unfortunately that doesn’t help with your problem. Sorry, I don’t have the time to create an MS install for testing for just this problem. But I will continue to peck around for a hint as to the problem.
