• I ended up removing this app.

    1) I don’t mind paying for a usefull and good app, but I couldn’t find the price anywhere.

    2) At one place I found that the app could be used for free for up to 50 leads. At another place it said that once the free trial expires, I will automatically be billed. This seems shady to me.

    3) I wanted to try the demo, but this didn’t work (maybe because I’m on a PC, the demo seems to be for a phone). Not a great first impression.

    Please find our answers to your comments below:

    The link to pricing is mentioned in two places on the listing page in the plugin directory:
    A. FAQs: What is the pricing for the paid plans?
    B. Here

    Also, if you go to our website, and click on Apps–> ‘Scratch and Win’–> and you will see link to ‘plans and pricing’ in the header banner

    Please be assured that our guiding principle is to support our customers.

    We can assure and confirm:
    – We neither automatically upgrade nor bill you from free to paid. This can only be initiated by you.

    – And, as communicated in the listing and our website, the first 50 participants are free.
    Further, as mentioned, all features (except the footer credit removal) are available in all of the plans including the free plan.

    We’d be keen to see your reference to a statement otherwise- Please can we request you to email us at support@appsmav.com with any such reference.
