 * Hello Mike,
 * What type of end user information is collected by the plugin? Assuming one does
   not require a login to post a job, does applicant information go straight to
   the “poster” (i.e., not preserved on a server accessible by you or me)? Thank
   you for your help.

 * It collects the company details, and possibly the email address (for applications)
   but this can be set to accept a URL instead. You can disable guest posting if
   you want people to create accounts.
 * Unless you use an application plugin, the end-user will just contact the poster
   via an email link (or url).

 * Hello Mike,
 * Thank you for your quick response. Just to clarify, the information collected
   is accessible to you (and the plugin user), but said information is limited to
   company details and possibly the email address used by the company? Any other
   end user information (resumes, etc.) goes directly to the company and is not
   otherwise accessible?
 * Understanding the full scope of the data retained is important per the construction
   of a privacy policy, etc., so thank you in advance for your help.

 * It’s all dependent on what you’re running alongside the core plugin. What are
   you planning on using?

 * Hello Mike,
 * At this point, the WP Job Manager plugin and (potentially) Simple Paid Listings.

 * Right; so if a user makes a submission, you’re only collecting the info from
   the job posting form. Thats job details, company name/logo/bio/image, and potentially
   the user’s email address. This is all stored in the backend, and also published
   as part of the job listing.
 * If you enable registration you’re storing their email address as part of the
   user account.
 * Think thats everything?

 * Hello Mike,
 * When you say backend, is the information fed back to the plugin designer (I would
   want/need to disclose this to the end user and link to WP Job Manager in a privacy
   policy as part of a third party disclosure.), or simply the WP backend as I see
   it? If the information is deleted on my side is it permanently deleted?
 * Otherwise, that should cover my current questions. A sincere thank you for taking
   the time to provide support.

 * O, you mean fed back to me? No no – its all kept within your admin dashboard.
   If you delete a job/user it’s gone.
