 * Getting the following error
 * SetExpressCheckout API call failed.
 * Error Code: 10002
    Error Severity Code: Error Short Error Message: Security error
   Detailed Error Message: Security header is not valid User IP: 108.xx.xxx.xxx
 * Spoke to Paypal and all the settings are correct, however they said to check 
   the “end points” Where are these and what do I change them to?
