Encounters Lite Theme Xtras and Child Theme Foldersmissing

Watched the demo video for the Encounters Lite Theme and it indicated there should be a folder called Xtras and a child theme folder after installing the theme. The Xtras folder apparently has code for customizing the theme for call to action images and columns etc. I have neither of these folders needed to customize the theme as needed. Can anyone point me in the right direction to obtain the missing folder.

By the way I installed the latest theme version today so positive I have the current version.
