Encounter error in uploading pdf

    I Currently using this plugin and I upload 4 pdf forms in “Form-tag Generator: PDF Form”
    After I map the first form , I save it and refresh my site and test the contact form 7 to test if the PDF with CF7 is working. It worked. But then when I go back to the contact forms and check again the “Form-tag Generator: PDF Form” to put anther, Unfortunately there’s an error “Request rate limit of 10 requests per 10 seconds hit” and all my 4 pdf forms uploaded was deleted.

    What would be the possible reason about this? Do I need to buy this plugin?

    Please help me with this error.

    Hi jamakira,

    We have not set any limit with this plugin features.
    Also still we are working on PRO, for now, there is not any Pro version.

    But the above issue we have research looks like something server related error from the server-side of time out. – https://prnt.sc/v4m133

    Can you please once check with your server support?
